President | CEA
Shannon O. Royce brings a wealth of experience to her role as President of Christian Employers Alliance. Her professional background includes government and private sector experience, and her personal faith in Christ compels her to honor God as she serves the Christian business community.
In government, she worked on Capitol Hill, serving as Legislative Assistant and then Counsel for two U.S. Senators. Before coming to CEA, she served as Director of the Center for Faith and Opportunity Initiatives at the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services. The Center was formed to ensure that the faith community and nonprofit organizations were engaged as full partners in serving the community.
In the private sector, Shannon led the D.C. office of Southern Baptist Ethics & Religious Liberty Commission (ERLC), focusing on protecting life and religious liberty. Shannon also served as Chief of Staff and COO at the Family Research Council (FRC), managing day-to-day operations for a team of 80 in fulfilling the FRC mission of promoting “a culture in which all human life is valued, families flourish, and religious liberty thrives.”
Shannon is a cancer survivor and understands the challenges of serving a family member with special needs, advocating in her community to ensure that families with special needs have the supports they need to thrive. Shannon sees her leadership role as one of service and stewardship, carrying out the vision and mission of the Christian Employers Alliance as she serves the Body of Christ. She received her Juris Doctor from the George Washington University School of Law and is licensed to practice in the Commonwealth of Virginia (Associate). She is married with two grown sons and enjoys running half-marathons for fun.

Director, Communications and External Affairs | CEA
Catherine O. Snow serves as Director of Communications and External Affairs and uses her many creative talents in design, content marketing, policy research, issues advocacy, and communications to help underscore and drive the mission and vision of CEA.
Catherine’s career trajectory is unique, as she brings a wealth of for-profit, nonprofit, financial services, and government sector expertise to her marketing role — a decisive advantage when communicating with CEA’s extensive and varied membership.
Prior to joining CEA in 2021, Catherine served alongside Shannon Royce, J.D., as a Public Affairs Specialist with the U.S. Department’s Center for Faith and Opportunity Initiatives (Partnership Center). Before being recruited to Washington, D.C. in 2017, she served as the Marketing and Project Manager for Focus on the Family’s Government and Public Policy division for seven years. From 2005-2010, she had the privilege of working with Mrs. Royce for the first time in issues advocacy work. Catherine has also served with honors as Vice President and Sr. Marketing Consultant to Wachovia Bank’s Debt Capital Markets Division in Atlanta for five years prior to her first move to D.C.

Membership Management| CEA
Jason Dudziak serves as the Membership Manager for the Christian Employers Alliance. He has been connecting individuals and business owners with desired resources since graduating from The Ohio State University in 2013. His strengths lie in helping people identify their most pressing needs, navigating complicated markets and solutions, and acquiring the most pertinent resources which suit that individual’s needs. He always has the member’s needs in mind and values the opportunity to develop new relationships.
Previously, as an employee benefits consultant, he helped business owners strategize their Employee Benefits packages, to acquire and offer the richest benefits for their employees, while negotiating the most competitive rates for the company. Prior to his time as a consultant, he fundraised his salary and served four years as a missionary on a college campus where he was able to help build a community of Christian disciples on mission. The opportunity to bring people to know the love of Christ has always been his most noteworthy accomplishment.
He currently resides in Tallahassee, Florida with his wife, Christine, and their two dogs Bosco and Bailey. During his free time, he enjoys coffee, cigars, wood working, and being with friends and family.
